Farmhouse Inspired Decoration DIY

What I am working on today (these will be in the store in about a month):

You know you have an awesome husband when he sits down to eat dinner and moves 2 cases of ping pong balls without saying a word. He is my biggest blessing.

This year I made the decoupaged eggs – a mix of vintage ephemera and tissue paper. Now I am covering the ping pong balls. These will be combined with LED lights to make something pretty cool.

The papers I used on these are those I rescued from our local thrift store (Doors of Hope). They include a songbook of Gilbert and Sullivan tunes, a 1980s Better Homes and Gardens cookbook and a vintage dictionary (60sish). I also found these great napkins (originally printed in Germany) in a small boutique in Rhinebeck. They are prints of sepia toned cows – perfect vintage farmhouse chic.
